"I have an Force 70 outboard, 1991. According to regulations I'm suppose to have a Backfire Flame Arrestor. When I take off the cover it looks as if I have a normal carberator and no room for an additional device, but I don't really know ... how do I know that I am compliant or not, and where would I get a BFA for this motor?"
