Another vro question

Hey guys got a 2000 200 hp Johnson J200vxsss, went to start it today after long winter, pulled fuel line to vro pumped ball to clean lines befor starting and got a lot of oil 1st couple of squeezes then clear new fuel, reinstalled fuel line pumped ball and saw fuel squirt from top of vro, got the wife to pump ball so I could get a closer look where the leak is and the ball went hard and no more leak, fired it up and it ran normal. I guess I’ll wait till tomorrow to pump ball again but my quess is it will leak. Any suggestions, the pump is only 4 yrs old,thanks

I would replace the o-ring on the fitting.----Then test again.

So I let the fuel system “relax” overnight today I pumped the ball and NO LEAK, turned key she fired immediately no primer. Fuel filter looks blueish from oil. I suppose I should let it ride and go with it, any opinions?

Change cap on oil tank...

Ok thanks, is the vent on located somewhere else on a remote fill other than the cap, I took the cap apart And didn’t see anywhere it could vent
