alpha1 leg stuck

leg went up ok but only drop about 3inches when down button pressed,was slipped and greased 6mths ago.when it after 3'' of movement stops pump motor sounds like it does when leg is fully down, boat lives in the water 24/7. last worked ok 3 weeks ago,am going to marina to grease while in the water,then loosen the rear ram mount bushes,if unsucessful will have to slip boat again to check it out of the water,what else can i look for [damaged lifting ram internally,]there is only 4 swivel points on the leg that i can see,any advice would be appreciated barry

sound like the end caps with the O rings are corrosion closing making it too tight for the pump

working now,dont know why,put leg right up with switch,then pressed trailer up switch, leg went up further[never used function before] pressed down switch and it went 3/4 way down,set leg up again then down, went all way down,actuated system 5 times works ok now,
