Hey everyone, I just bought a 15 foot Grumman Meter Series boat (w/ 40 Mariner) over the weekend and I plan on taking it into some shallow areas occasionally and the ramp that I put in at it also pretty shallow. There are some adjustments on the outdrive bracket (forgive me if i'm not using the right terms) but its still pretty much either all the way down, or locked all the way up out of the water. I want to be able to tilt it for when i'm getting into shallower water and for when im approaching the trailer and id love to do this with a button but i don't really know what I need or if its worthit.
What I have found so far is the CMC PT-130 but im not sure if the extra weight and the extra 6'' off the back will raise any concern? Or if this is even the right way to go about it. Any of you have any experience or suggestions on the topic?
