hi i have been given a 15hp su

hi i have been given a 15hp suzuki 2stroke 80s model the engine starts and runs ok but the water coming out the pee hole is a trickle not a stream the chap i got it from says that it has always been a trickle and that it has never overheated i am not sure does anyone have any advice on this ie change the impeller or is this normal for this engine
