workin on a 99 johnson motor w

workin on a 99 johnson motor would run and then die about 5 mins later at idle. when i pumped the ball back up it would run then die again. so i replaced the fuuel pump. motor ran great for about 8 miles then started to do the same thing. so i replaced the pump again and now it runs great below 3000 rpms if i try to go over that it dies immediately. so now i am stumped thanks in advance

have you checked the filter/also chechk spark on all holes.

filters are new and have good

filters are new and have good spark on all 4. im leaning towards the anti syphon valve on the tank
