need some help with 98 Johnson 15 model J15EECR rpm doesn’t change at WOT when screwing idle jet in or out an when at idle it’s almost closed before the rpms change at all bc it seem like it needs 8-1200 more rpm’s at WOT to be at its full ability thanks

Idle adjusting screws have absolutely nothing to do with WOT. High speed jets are fixed and there's no adjustment. What are your RPM's at WOT?
