"Well, I got the new seals and gaskets installed in the L/U, and pressure tested with no leaks.

Now it's time to re-attach and try and get this baby runnin, my question is; are there any small filters or anything that i need to check or change in the VRO tank? or can I dump the old oil and add fresh and prime the system. Any tricks to ensure propper oil flow?

"yep...there is a sock filter

"yep...there is a sock filter in there..should be chged,even if clean.....replace oil line and bulb.Oil flow should be verified,..or u can remove system,and pre-mix...there is good service info in a factory service manual.pulse limiter should be changed if many yrs old.For many,up-keep on the vro is too much...and premixing is a better choice."

one more thing; can i use NGK B8HS plugs gapped at .040 in this motor?
