The motor is smoking excessively and is flooding itself. The spark plugs are always wet when removed and there is oil/gas coming out in the propeller exhaust. The gas is new and is mixed 50:1 with pennzoil marine oil. I have tested the intake air temp sensor, engine temp sensor on head, and throttle position sensor. I have adjusted the throttle position to be as lean as book states and it hasn't made a difference. I unhooked the intake air temp sensor and put the wires together and the motor ran the same. I unhooked a vacuum hose that goes into the ecm on the starboard side and sucked on it with my mouth and the motor ran the same. I have tested the spark with a gap tester set at 7/16" and it had a blue spark. I did a vapor separator float test and fuel comes out of the hose when motor is cranked. I took it apart and the float and needle seem fine but the test and motor has the same results. The fuel pressure is between 36-38psi. What else can I try?
