94 merc will not start but has fuel and spark

i have a 94 merc 115 that will not start it does have fuel and spark tho. i replaced the plugs and the primmer bulb and still nothing. i have checked all the fuses and they are all good. stated just fine friday but went to the lake yesterday and it would not start.

Flip the dead mans lanyard switch back and forth several times. Fuel filter plugged? The spark is a blue snapping spark that can jump 7/16" gap? Fuel in the carbs...old or fresh? Primer bulb should fill the carbs. See if it will start if you squirt a little fuel/oil mix into each carb?
 
i have flipped the switch several times. i just put in a new fuel filter it is new gas the carbs is send fuel into the motor cause when i take the plugs out they are wet.
 
What's the compression? Got to have air, fuel, compression and a blue snapping spark that can jump 7/16" gap. Which one is missing?
 
If spark is weak it will not fire under compression thus the need to jump a 7/16 air gap, usually a sign of failing stator ......
