PROBLEM fouling the plugs a litle.
TE40ELENJ. JUST IN CASE. COMPRESION 130 ON BOTH, ADJUSTED TIMING TO 3 DEGREES TO THE left of + SIDE OF TRUE TDC. rpms at 750 to 800 on gear on muffs but i did not adjusted the low speed screw correctly cause I donno how, I did not find that specific info on the Mnual. new spark plugs but after a few hours of use they got some black coating on them It did not die it all but i think the idle sounded to low and the plugs got a little black. I am using premix gas and put 3 ounces of oil per gallon any help. Below is the youtube address where you can see the timing adjustment I did.
