"Besides the charging problems that I have been working through in another discussion, I have also had a hard start problem.

Upon inspection & testing of the primer solenoid, I have discovered that the solenoid leaks heavily around the top where the hoses attach. I cant tell if the top is broken or the gasket is leaking, but I know that its spraying heavily.

Does anyone know the part number for the solenoid, or any of the repair parts?

I'm pretty sure this is the culprit to my hard start, because after I finally get it started for the first time, it starts fine all day long.

Repair parts are readyly avail

Repair parts are readyly available.I think you will find that the assembly is " cheap " and then just swap it out.

Hard Start Fixed!!!!

Bought the primer top only to discover that one of the two smaller hoses were split right where it attached to the solenoid. I replaced the hose and kept the top as a spare. Works like a champ now!! Fires right up!!
