"Yep....somehow prop up the engine and take out that front mount. Also if your going to keep the boat for a while buy an extra belt and put it in as well, use some cable ties to tie it off and then next time it will be a piece of cake."

"Wow, what a great tip Bob. I didn't understand what you were talking about at first, but then it hit me. While the engine is propped up off the mount, replace the original belt, then stick the spare through that mount and just tie it off out of the way. That way when the belt breaks again, it's already through the mounts. What an awesome idea. I haven't thrown a belt yet, but will certainly remember this for the future."
