86 200 merc wont plane out boggs

it wont plane the boat out and

it wont plane the boat out and boggs about 1/4 throttle its got 115 psi in all cylanders and fire in all the holes brand new carbs with kits in them dont know what to do next
 
"just a thought, i had a merc.

"just a thought, i had a merc. one time that would not run out like it should it seemed to bog down when under a load and at full throttle. i had changed the coils and reworked the carbs and check the fire on the plugs by pulling one at a time and grounding them to the block and cranking the motor. it appeared that the plugs had fire and they never was fouled out. just on a hunch i change one plug at a time and found that one of them although was firing and surely ignighting the cylinder one was not firing hot enought to get the right bang for the higher amount of fuel being brought into the cylinder at full throttle. and by changing the one plug was all that it needed.so i hope this may be of some help."
