6hp where is the ID tag hidden?

If there's any life left in this section I'm hoping someone can tell me where the model & sn are hidden. I've spent quite a bit of time Googling for the answer.
From what I can tell I have a mid-70s Chrysler-made Sea King... And it needs a few minor parts.
