69 Evinrude 6hp timing

I'm hoping someone can help me out here. The motor has ran fine in a bucket but still having idle issues so I decided to check timing with a light. I noticed it was sparking after the indicated lines on the plate so I bought a timing tool. Check out the photos. It's like the loab is off in comparison to the timing line

No photos show up…they have to be under 1Mb.
Is the flywheel key intact?
pull the flywhee, adjust or replace points.

Use a meter to set points to open at the correct time.----Post the compression values here.-------Are the coils new replacements ?
