"I have had my 671NA J&Ts ( 23 yrs old) turbocharged with T18A40s and intercoolers.
The NA injectors were N 80. The TI injectors are N 90. The engine fuel pumps are the original small - I believe 1/4in wide gears. Should these be changed to the larger 3/8 in gear pumps ?
Having said all that one engine at 1400rpm,after already running 10 hours from rebuild, locked solid....No 5 conn rod bent..No1 big end damaged..more on this later the strip down / analysis is in progress!"
