60HP Mariner will not run after it cranks.

I have a 1990 Mariner 60hp that will not keep running after I crank it(it will fire up). I did try replacing the fuel line assembly but that did not change a thing. Help!

If it stays running by squeezing the primer pump then replace the fuel pump.
