60 HP fuel injected fuel issue

replaced the fuel filter ,fuel bowl and high pressure fuel pump. wont start
i pulled the fuel off going to the injectors, spun the motor over and no fuel came out.
need any advice i can get at this point

Either VST is empty causing the HP pump not is send fuel, connection loose at HP pump,blown fuse or bad ECU

Had a blown fuse and electric fuel pump was locked up. boiled it 8 times. freed it up. motor running like a new one. thanks for the help
