Hello. So short story is I have a Yanmar 4JH2-DTE 88 HP in my boat. Purchased it with a blown turbo but other than that ran fine. Few months goes by put a new turbo in it and now won’t rev past 1000 RPMs, Put new injectors in it, new injection pump with fuel feed pump and completely cleaned and rebuilt the intercooler system. With out a load is completely fine revs to 3000RPMs. Nothing is restricting the prop. Also put boost pump in line from tank to Injection pump to get 8psi going into the injection pump.
