45hp Pointman1974 won't go forward, only reverse

So my engine fires up, idles, and started going forward, then stopped. The engine revs up, makes a lot of splashing in the water, but won't move forward. If i put it in reverse, no problem, it moves very smoothly. Please help!
45hp Chrysler. Pointman 1974 (i think). The fuel to oil ratio is 50:1

Either the linkage has slipped or the prop hub has spun.
Mark the prop and shaft and then put it in the water and see if it moves.J
