"I have a 1971 440 marine chrysler. My questions are do they build reverse rotation engines or do they all rotate the same way and the rotation is reversed through the gearbox for the propeller? The engine currently has a gear driven reverse rotation camshaft and I plan to change it to a conventional rotation camshaft using a timing chain, by changing to a conventional camshaft does this mean that I will end up changing the rotation of the engine? Any information concearning this would be greatly appreciated and I can be contacted at my email address.
