How the heck do you get the lowest plug out?
It is buried down below the bottom shroud, the shroud can't come out on this model.
Special tool maybe?
I'm stumped, any help is appreciated.

Got this figured out, for anyone that comes after me.
Not alot of room on this motor but a swivel spark plug socket can get in there.
The in line fuel filter and lowest bolt on the bottom ignition coil is buried though. The schematic below illustrates how I believe Mercury engineered the way to get at it.
Bolts 1 and 2 are easily reached, bolt 3 is thru a U channel so with 1 and 2 gone the ignition plate will slide up a bit. Some of the wire harnesses have to be moved aside but it's manageable. With the right items disconnected that plate and everything on it can come right off.
