I bought a used 40hp and I didn't use the golden rule to take a compression test. Cold I'm only getting 90lb. What I would like to know can I buy parts anyplace but a dealer? I have rebuilt older truck engines. Is this a job for a novis and do I need a lot of special tools? Thanks for any input and I'm sure there will be more ???
