when i 1st got my boat 2 month

when i 1st got my boat 2 months ago my alarm would sound when i 1st turned the key over like they are suppossed to
but now it wont sound at all now

"in this pic, part 29 is the temperature probe, when it gets hot it shorts to ground sounding the alarm. It should be between the top 2 cyls or there abouts. By grounding it with the key on you are testing the horn.
