4.3L v6 little to no compression /

Engine was full of water. Head and valves were really rusted. I managed to get it unstuck and turns over pretty smoothly now. However, compression is all over the place on 1/3/5.

Any way to save it?

Don't waste your time. Pull it and replace it with a rebuilt Long block.
