2017 yamaha f115lb tps value off the chart

2017 f115 208hours. I'm getting a tps code and when I use yds and check it out. The value that's supposed to be between 0-90 is 7992.2 anyone got some insight on this? Even if I unplug the tps sensor it doesn't change.

Can you decode this please?
 
Service Manual calls for the TPS check to output voltage. One volt with the throttle closed.

Your screen shot is showing degrees.

Voltage is right above it. It's..904-ish
Throttle valve is in degrees, it's supposed to be between 0-90 degrees and as you can see reads 7992.7
