2015 Yamaha F40 dc power output

Hi All, I have a 2015 F40 tiller and was wondering is anyone had a idea how much 12 volt DC power output is has to charge the battery and run electronics. The owners manual says 17 amp. I'm very much assuming that is on full RPM's. I was wondering more about the idle speed, low RPM. I'm totally guessing it should be low about 1-2 amps???

Net output is 13 amps. Should be able to achieve that when at approximately 1500 RPM.
