2008 Searay 330 Twin 5.7 1322 code

I am working on a friends boat. I have the RInda scan tool with the Can Buss connector, I have a code 1322 misfire on both engines. The motors seem fine, someone already replaced all the Ignition wires ,cap and rotors. I haven't got very far on this, because when you run the boat it runs great. Always an alarm going off when driving it. Unfortunately they been using the boat like this and feel no running issues. Anyone know where I can obtain information from, like a manual. I am willing to pay for the manual I just want factory information. Any information would be a great help.

Might just be a ghost code, 2 have both motors experiance the same failure at the same time is unusuall.

I am not sure, just started working on the boat. The weird part I cannot get the codes to clear with my scanner. Is there something I need to do with the smart craft?? I am very fluent with automotive diagnois software but not marine yet.

guessing its similar to a auto, remove the battery power for a few minutes
