I am hoping that someone here could diagnose my problem.

The issue is getting the boat on plane. It sputters trying to get fuel. When I pump the throttle 1/2 dozen times it may get up on plane. Idling is fine. This only happens when the weather is 68 degrees and above. The hotter it gets, the worse it gets. When the weather is below 65 degrees, the boat gets up on plane with no problem. The engine is on a Ranger 520VS with a 21P Tempest Plus prop, 87 octane fuel. I have taken it to three different shops with certified Mercury mechanics in the area and none of them could find the problem. Getting a mechanic out on the lake is difficult because of where I live here in Montana. They all say the engine is running fine on the computer. Here is the list of things that have been done:
Compressor Replaced (with refurbished unit)
New fuel pump installed
New fuel Lines from gas tank to fuel pump, including primer bulb replaced (I did siphon all the old gas out of the tanks)
New spark plugs
New spark plug wires
New fuel filter
