"Just bought a used 115DF, 2007, 120 hrs. came with wiring harness. Installed engine on boat. Hooked to battery. Using test light have NO power at plug on engine that plugs into my wiring harness. Tilt/trim works using switch on motor housing. Checked and changed both 60 amp and 10 amp fuse. Any help will be greatly appreciated."
