Hello,

My 2006 verado 150 fills #4 cylinder with fuel, injectors cleaned this week. No issues remove plugs and fuel qpours out of cylinder #4 even with injector rail removed from intake. Crank engine over and sprays it out. Turn by hand and use flash light you can see the fuel raise in the plug hole then as you turn over by hand pushes all fuel out after couple turns. Turn key on an fuel pump fills all lines same thin occurred with out injectors even in the intake???

Hi there, Sort of sounds like you may have an internal issue with your fuel supply module. Possibly one of those hoses must be running to/towards either the bottom #4 cylinder itself or possibly to a higher part of the CAM Shaft "Cover" and filling #4 first? before filling the higher cylinders thereafter maybe by item # 38 if it runs to the FSM?, http://www.mercruiserparts.com/bam/subassembly/32330/12823/140

Here's some hose routings shown by a parts diagram to, http://www.mercruiserparts.com/bam/subassembly/32330/12823/170

Here's info regarding a bit more of how the FSM tends to work due to past problems,

^ You may want to try your question here too being its a Veado only club ^.

Though your 150 4 cylinder engine model doesn't have an online free service manual, there is one for the 6 cylinders. Though it's slow to look through, page 3C-25 shows what lines are which coming off of the FSM which most likely both engine models should be the same for this FSM unit, https://www.scribd.com/doc/151463852/200-Through-to-275HP-Verado

^ You should be able to click on the Red highlighted service manual outline for 3C to get you there quicker then scroll down.

Hello,
Thank you for the info I do have a manual but does not show a fuel flow, there is another hose that runs to the back of the intake I will see if it is filling the intake with fuel and dumping into the cylinder as the intake valve opens.
