My 90 will bog down at about 1,100 rpm under load and at 3,000 rpm in neutral. All fuel lines/bulb are new. Carburetors just rebuilt and fuel filter changed. Seemed to be fuel starved. I checked the bulb and it was soft. Pumped it about 20 times to get it full of fuel and hard. I noticed that some fuel was dropping from the quick connect at one drop per 15 sec. I removed the connector and pumped the bulb. I noticed that fuel would rise around the check ball and disappear when I stopped pumping. I figure that fuel leak under pressure equals air leak under vacuum. My question is: Could an air leak at the connector cause the symptoms I observed?
