2005 Mercury 8HP, starts and idles great, missing under load ..

So I have this 2 cyl 8hp 4 stroke electric start outboard

Starts and idles good,

But when I give it gas it sputters and sounds like it drops down to one cyl,
If is stay on the throttle it give short bursts of sounding right and has power, for like 1.2 to 1 or 2 seconds.

i dont know if this explains it but it sounds like idle=================gas----------==========------------===---------=======---------==-====-=-

Has anybody had or fixed this before?

I have replaced all the gas in the tank, removed and cleaned carb, checked jets are clear, carb had no water in it and looks like the rest of the motor (like new).

Sound like either plugs, wires, coil or CDI, what would you do next?

Test for spark on both cylinders. Should be blue spark. If you suspect plug wires. You can either measure them with an ohm meter. Or spray a salty water mix on them when it is running. Look for sparks jumping from the wires or coil to ground.. It also may be a carb problem. The mixture screw may be out of adjustment.
