If this is the Mercury built motor check to make sure the base gasket on the carb is on correctly. Otherwise repair the fuel pump.Hey guys, this is my first post here i just need some help finding a solution to my problems. My 2005 Merc 25hp has a fuel issue, the filter will drain out and the motor sputters out after that unless I constantly pump the bulb. How do y'all think I need to go about fixing this?
