Is it possible to replace the (spring pins) without removing the engine? Just bought a used boat with a BF40 and the tilt stopper arms are both flopping around. I have them removed now but Id like to reinstall. I looked online and cant find any guidance in the service manual or a video. Seems pretty inaccessible with the motor up.
