I’m at a complete loss here so I’m hoping someone could give me some pointers.
Engine runs mint at speed but when we drop the revs to just over idle when dropping a shot on a dive site we get a hot alarm…..same when flushing the engine with the muffs on.
Changed the full water pump kit
Checked the thermostats and they all open at temperature
Checked all pipes for blockages and none found.
Put plastic wire through the inlets on the EMM to check for blockages.
Switch it off and then start it up again and it will run for 5 mins at idle before overheating again……restart it and head off to another site and it’s fine until we slow down again.
Any ideas?
