2004 BF 150 no pee

When hooked up to hose at flush line pee hole drips and have heavy flow out the prop hub. Ran engine at dock for about 20 minutes at 2000rpm with no problem. System operated normally last season but pee was a little weak at idle.
Preseason did the following
New water pump (complete)
Cleaned water jacket with new gasket at VST
Removed t stat and cleaned both + housing with new gasket

What could be the problem? Pressure relief valve?

Other engine operates as it should.

Mud dauber? That happens around here pretty frequently....

Have you run a piece of weed wacker line into the outlet as far as you can, then tried it?

Take off the pee hose and fitting from the engine block and shoot some shop air in the passage. Then put the outboard in a trashcan of water and fire it up.
Stand back because you should have enough water to put out a house fire coming from that hole. Put the fitting and hose back on and it should be good for awhile until it plugs up again. They all do.

Put a flexible fibre line in the pee hole, sometimes it can be sand clogging right at the end, sometimes...
