2003 Merc 50 hp efi 4 stroke No spark or elec ful pump

2003 Mercury 4 stroke 4 cyl efi. Boat ran last year. I took the deck off the pontoon and flipped it so I could recarpet it. Yesterday it fired with starting fluid but elec fuel pump had no juice to it. I went through the 3 relays on the back and checked them all. Hot wired the fuel pump to see if it works and you could hear it pump. Checked all the fuses, the throttle control safety switch and now no spark or fuel pump. Mech fuel pump is pumping
