I have a 2002 Mercruiser 5.0 MPI. I am chasing ghosts and could use some advice. when I turn the key to the on position it takes about 30 seconds for the fuel pump to start and it also has a solid alarm to go along with it. The pump won't stop running like it used to and it will try to start but will not.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I did buy a new relay and swapped them out between the two old ones and I have @ 42 PSI at the schrader Valve.
