2002 250 EFI Wont idle

All a sudden will not idle, has fuel pressure, good spark, i have not checked compression but is turns over nice and even sounding. as far as i know the engine ran fine and was put away 2 weeks later it will not idle. It will run fine if you advance the warm up lever to over about 1500rpm, or so. it runs fine there and up.
I only had a few minutes on this engine, and will be back on it Mon, or Tues.

Is there an IAC motor? TPS? MAP?
What do you think will cause something like this.

"If it was one of the two TPS

"If it was one of the two TPS (throttle position Sensors) failing it would light up the check engine light and sound an alarm. if it was both the tps sensors the engine would not operate above idle revs. If the ECM detects any failure of any sensor TPS, ECT(engine coolant temp), IAT (intake Air Temp), MAP(manifold absolute pressure), Coils, injectors circuits it should sound an alarm or light up a warning.
Try some Sea Foam Injector cleaner they could be blocked. youd be surprised the difference it can make."

o-yea i did drain the vst tank and it was clean. but i will plan to run some cleaner through the inj. Is there a port to run it through the system?"
