I have twin Yamaha 200 HPDI's and they both have well over 1000 hours.. My port side engine did not one to turn on barely... It would turn as if it were seized and then she cranked up and would shut off.. I also noticed that it would piss and stop pissing then turned off. Engine would heat up at idle and after awhile it was fine, but has a lot of shaking... Today it did the same and I flushed both engines... I removed the spark plugs to see how they were and found the port engine spark plug that is on the bottom right side to look like water was leaking into that cylinder... Is time? or can this be a simple fix?... Here are photos of the spark plug....
