2001 Mercury 75 HP outbard Runs rough at idle

My boat sat for 2yrs but starts. It runs rough at first then stalls out. I have drained my 20gal tank, filled with 5 gals fuel with stabilizer/ethnol cleaner than drained again. I have not yet changed the fuel/water separater, inline filter, spark plugs. When I do and it still runs rough what can I try?

You will need to remove carb, clean and install kit. Plus do a comp test first, should be around 110...
Change plugs

Thanks, I may take it in for service. I hope it isnt expensive. I dont have the knowledge to do the carb and I dont have the deviced to check compression. I hoped it would have been something easy.
