Hello all
My 1999 Mercury 150 EFI idles rough it smooths out above 2000 rpm. I replace plugs and low pressure fuel pump. I have checked the fuel pressure regulator and has 36psi key on engine off as described per manual. It runs as if something out of balance when in gear also at 1500-2000 rpm any help would be appreciated. It runs awesome above those RPMS.
