1999 merc. 30 hp, 4 stroke, 3carbs... acceleration issues

The engine runs perfect at idle and at high to full speeds but has major hesitation and rough running getting from idle towards planning speeds. I need to go back and forth with the throttle to get up on plane. had all 3 carbs replaced about 4 years ago due to the effects of alcohol/gas . Been running alcohol free gas since. This summer I have replaced the fuel hose / primer bulb, fuel filter, fuel pump, and checked the fuel lines. All 3 cylinders show around 105 psi. Thanks for any input as I don't want to replace this outboard

They need to be synchronized, to open and close at the same time, or as needed. Find a manual and see what it says- someone will have one.

Good chance that you'll need to find a way to measure the vacuum at each carb at the same time- if you can find one, look for a 'carb balancer'. You should find this info if you do a google search.

Run fuel out of carburetors when motor is not in use.-----An empty carburetor stays clean.
