.... i know this particular model runs on cyl.1&3 at idle then #2 picks up spark past 1450rpm. so far I checked coils and they are all good , checked crank position sender its dva is in spec, lighting coil ok, charging coil ok , I noticed the pulser coil only putting out 2.5v when it should be putting out 7v at cranking speed and when disconnected . Would this lower voltage affect that cyl.?could this be my smoking gun ? trying to hunt this weekend any help asap please!!!

I don't know of any engine where the spark picks up at 1450 rpm. In gear or out of gear usually determines dropped cylinders for fuel economy. Yours is an older, carburated two stroke, I don't think it drops any cylinders in or out of gear. I would say that if your dva reading is different for the pulser coil (unloaded or loaded by the manual) reading then that is your problem.
