1999 bf130 water flow

I have water coming out of what I guess is the exhaust. Is that normal? It's a steady slow stream. It's coming from the aft mid section of the motor

It is normal coming out the exhaust relief, but if it is coming out around it, remove your engine cover and see if you see water flowing at the rear base of the engine block at the flush port. There is a flush port at the upper rear of the lower cover, that is normally covered by a plastic/rubbery cover. The flush port could be leaking.

That leak is caused by the check valve at the other end of the flush hose being stuck open due to debris or some sort of buildup, like salt. Parts 8, 9, and 10 are the components that need to be cleaned or replaced. https://www.boats.net/catalog/honda...e-1400001-to-bzbe-1499999/cylinder-head-cover
