1998 Volvo Penta 4.3GL Fuel Pump Inop

Thanks for having me everyone. I have a question regarding my fuel pump. I recently swapped out my 4.3 gl for a reman.
Fuel Pump was never a problem now all of a sudden I have no fuel. I am getting 10.9 volts to yellow/red wire at the pump when cranking. I am almost positive my ground is good. I made sure grounds on the back of both sides of the engine were tight. I am going to test the load with a bulb in the morning. Just wondering what the chances are my pump also crapped out being I am getting voltage at the pump??

Also if anyone has a picture or diagram of the wiring on the back side of the alternator I'd appreciate it.
