1998 26ft boston Whaler 250 hp Verados boat listing to Stb

I just installed 2 used 250 verado on a 26 B/w , it originally had 200 optis on . the optis were 25'' and the Verados are 30 '' , the boat lists real bad to the stb side when coming onto plain , if i trim the motors up she will run better , if I trim the motors up to 1.5 before i try to get on plain then shes fine . I contacted the dealer to inquire is there is a way to set the trim limit down and they said no .Ive tried raising the motors all the way up , and dropping them down , changed the lower units to counter rotate inwards and no difference . I did find that the stb engine is about 1 inch closer to the center line than the prt engine .The stern seems to push the bow down and it becomes like a rudder in the water , any ideas ?

Are they installed at the correct height? Do you have any add-on's like a Hydro Foil or a prop guard?
