Hello,
I’ve been trying to find a definitive cause of the milkshake oil I’ve been experiencing on this kicker. Most of the searches indicate it could be a thermostat stuck open creating condensation.
I can’t imagine that the oil is being contaminated by condensation after only 3-4 hours of run time on a fresh oil change. I’ve changed oil three times and run the motor in a low-rpm trolling condition then checked the oil with the same result.
Does anyone have some additional thoughts on the source of the water?
Thanks!
